Well a new year is here and I for one am hoping for a better one. While the economic forecast is still uncertain and our property values are still not increasing, I do think it is safe to say that if you are planning on staying in your home for 5 or more years, you should see your investment. It does seem that most people are improving their kitchen spaces right now--probably because you tend to get the most for your money with your improvement and hands down the kitchen is what "sells" a house.
Regardless of your plans, I do think investing in your home not only is a good investment but it greatly improves your quality of life. And in today's world, isn't it worth it to have a wonderful place to come home to?!
